Well, as you folks can see that the leaders remain inactive these days and it is hard for any applicant to get accepted since every average application requires at least a leader's vote. Now if you take a brief look at Gohan's App you can notice that Gohan is quite capable of being a member of this clan. He got the potential to serve this server, And to be honest. If leader's vote weren't necessary at all then his application by now would have been lying in the "Accepted applications" board. So now one question arises why should we remove the necessity of a leader's vote in any application's : Reasons are listed as follows:-

2) If enough members trust on a particular being then he/she is already good enough to be among the blessed.
