Hell man, why be like that to the poor guy? He's just asking a question, and since he posted this on the VC:MP section, his question is 100% valid. Not to mention that in this site we can discuss pretty much anything.
To answer your question, I've seen many skilled players in VC:MP, I remember the ULK clan being strong, King Kong was a great fighter, and Old_Fart was too, and there were more skilled members there. The VU clan is strong too, Stormeus and Charleyutton fought me once or twice if I remember well and they were great, Las3r fought with me a couple of times and he was good too, overall it was fun. There were more clans and members from these clans I mentioned that were great, but right now I can't remember more names, it's been too long.
I've also seen a few good players appearing in Lebowski on these last days i've played, but I also don't remember their names since they didn't stay for long.

Someone named Kelvin from MK (imo), it's very hard to say who is the best player in VCMP since most people who were good don't even play anymore, and maybe they're not as good because of that? I don't know. It has been a while since the last time I played anywhere else other than lebowski server, and I don't even play on it since christmas so I don't really know how are players doing outside lebowski server.

You say you told him your answer. The exact thing you said was "How we know". You should have said "How I know" instead. It seems "we" = "I" for you. You are a single player, not all players. Some of our members visit the other servers, so they might like to share their opinion too.
