A Guy closed the server o.O

Today,i play very good,and a sabotage logged in with [AsS]Manuel. Nick...I kicked him and he say

If u kick me o ban me again i will close this server

And i kicked him again because he is a fucking hacker,after i lose connection

WTF?

billy banned him about 3 times and he came back and then CRASHHHHHHH DAMN I WANNA KILL THAT GAY

Yea i saw him today too, he say : if u kick me, i will close server, Billy come and kick him , 10sec later server close              

need report about this to vicecitymultiplayer.com

hmm, I will try to help, my cusin is studing that things, he can be a CIA's Hacker. I will contact him.

w00t is that true? he closed the server? only vcmp developers can do this..

if he crash that server again i will burn shoot and explode his head off!!!

i think he use some program to use high ping as many programs to destroy servers

mmmm ok ladies and gentlemen we have a cracker in our hand here
he must get an IP ban . punisher my friend he is not using a proogram he is using the normal cmds of DOS he just get our IP and then ping it from several pcs or with extinsive amount of data from one pc this should start before he enters the server he prepares himself as he know we will kick him .then 10 secs he starts another ping attempt which increases our ping significantly so that server crash .the developers have master server script they can ban us from master service and crash us by using orakle(a program too high for me ).another way is to connect us through FTP (file transportation protocol on port 22 )
then raise our ping in the same way but shorter time
the only way i see is an IP ban
