i understand tnat's single player, but mp uses the same gta3.img and data. you already told me that you get an error from mp if data folder is modded. so i'm just asking you is handling.cfg, vehicles.ide or another data file modded?

I have another vc not for mp.DFF,TXD,default.ide,handling.cfg,carcols.cfg has been moded
