No icarus, i used vice city studios to make the peds do all the acting, i used vc camhack to get all the camera angles, use an audio decompile to get claude and tommy's voice, punching sfx etc... and I fraps to do the recording.

If you mean vehicle hackers, like Dementra who repairs the hunter every time (hunter always 100%), then yes, we almost got our butts kicked, but you know we always find a way to deal with them.
